• Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

Exclusions

• No exchange for customized products.

• No exchange for pre-ordered products.

Process

• To request an exchange, contact us at clutchculture.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

• If the return or exchange is requested due to customer-related reasons (including incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or any other reason not caused by our error), the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
